- 2014 - Continue to globalize "Silicon Valley" as a mindset, not a place. While working with our Directors worldwide, take position on the front lines as a Director for the Silicon Valley Founder Institute
- 2013 - Launch Show & Teller with new co-founders and witness instant traction and profitability while learning the joys of bootstrapping. Also learn the tough lesson of not aligning my passion with my company. Return to consulting to learn I really love helping people solve their business problems and achieve their next level of success. Seek out Adeo Ressi and Founder Institute to help serve this need in a larger picture.
- 2012 Part B - Marry the love of my life (twice) here in the Bay Area
- 2012 Part A - Hive goes into fail mode (learning mode as I like to call it) and begin consulting with other startups
- 2011 - Freelance work in photography and design accelerate, develop the concept for Hive, meet my eventual cofounder and convince her to work by my side, retire from my life of transportation engineering and planning, and go full-time into this crazy world of tech entrepreneurship (I didn't know what the hell I was getting myself into)
- 2010 - Pass the Professional Engineering Exam and apply PE to the end of my name
- 2009 - Receive my first DSLR camera as a gift and instantly fall in love with my new art-form
- 2006 - Graduate with a Bachelors in Civil Engineering and an Engineer-in-Training certificate to start at Fehr & Peers
- 2005 - Earn an internship at Fehr & Peers where I learn the business side of engineering and receive an offer before returning to school
- 2004 - Return to Civil Engineering to simply graduate with a technical degree
- 2002 - Begin my educational exploration outside of Civil Engineering through Kinesiology, Architecture, and Business
- 2000 - Join the great fraternal organization of Tau Kappa Epsilon (TEKE WHAT?!)
- 1999 - Graduate high school and return to the great state of California to attend CalPoly, San Luis Obispo
- 1996 - Move to Sandy, Utah and overdose on the great outdoors through skiing and mountain biking
- 1984 - Moved to Sacramento with family and grew up among an amazing community and a lot of Little League
- 1981 - Born in the San Francisco Bay Area where I would inevitably return to call home.
